A slightly spicy, mustardy, garlicky, sweet sauce blended in-house; an Iowa City favorite! I once asked a customer why they eat at Raising Cane’s, and their answer was, “Because of the sauce!”. Needless to say, I was absolutely dumbfounded that someone could go to a restaurant: not for their food, not their drinks, not the vibes, not the people… But their sauce. 😑 Two can play at that game.
